Finance Business Partner (Part Time) Location: Staffordshire Hours: (2–3 days per week) Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 FTE (DOE) Looking for a senior finance role that works around family or personal commitments? The Role As Finance Business Partner, you will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive financial performance, strengthen reporting and support strategic decision-making. You’ll oversee budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting processes, provide insightful analysis of performance trends, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and accountability across the organisation. This is not a back-office reporting role — it is commercially focused, forward-looking and influential.
