Service Delivery Manager – Community Complex Care Location: Wirral, Merseyside |Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 | Full-Time Are you a compassionate and experienced leader looking to make a real difference? Our client is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to oversee community homes supporting individuals with complex needs, autism, mental health challenges, and clinical care. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will manage teams, ensure compliance, and drive positive outcomes for the people in your care.
