M&E Project Manager

Are you an M&E Project Manager looking for a mobile role that offers the opportunity to work across a variety of commercial sites in the South? We are looking for an M&E Project Manager to oversee small electrical works and mechanical projects up to £250K. You’ll take ownership of each project from pricing through to completion including programme management, commercial and contractual oversight, organising labour and materials, managing schedules and ensuring quality and compliance standards are maintained at all times. The role will also involve undertaking audits and WiPs on projects as well as preparing RAMS. Key responsibilities: * Plan, coordinate and deliver multiple M&E projects * Manage and report on KPI’s ensuring targets are met * Oversee Health & Safety processes and compliance on sites * Act as first point of contact for HR issues, escalating where required * Manage and support a small team of engineers and subcontractors * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders * Scope and price mechanical and electrical works in the south What are we looking for? * Proven experience in a similar role * SMSTS qualification * Mechanical OR Electrical bias ideally qualified within either discipline * Full UK Driving licence * Ability to pass security clearance What do we offer? * Salary between £55K - £60K per annum * Company car or car allowance * Health & wellbeing discounts * Referral bonus scheme * Employee assistance programme (provide 24/7 legal, financial and wellbeing support) * Training and development within a growing company with opportunities to obtain further qualifications Why join Antac?
