Contracts Manager – High-End Bespoke Residential

We are currently seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join a well-established and highly respected construction company delivering exceptional high-end bespoke residential projects across Oxfordshire and surrounding areas.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a driven and commercially aware professional with a strong background in luxury residential construction, looking to join a business known for quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and long-term career progression.
The Role:
As Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple high-end residential projects from pre-construction through to completion and aftercare. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest possible standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing projects from tender submission through to final completion and beyond
* Understanding and delivering the project vision in line with client expectations and contractual obligations
* Programming and executing project plans to agreed budgets and timelines
* Managing, supporting, and directing site teams across multiple projects
* Maintaining stringent quality control standards across all phases of construction
* Facilitating effective communication between clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
* Monitoring health & safety compliance and company standards across all sites
* Producing and managing project budgets, costing, and reporting
* Ensuring projects are delivered in line with company values, statutory legislation, and industry regulations
Candidate Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within high-end bespoke residential construction
* Strong construction background with relevant industry knowledge and training
* Excellent leadership and team management skills
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
* Health & Safety management experience
* Competent in budgeting, cost control, and reporting
* Ability to manage multiple live projects and competing deadlines
* High attention to detail and commitment to exceptional standards
* Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office Suite
