The Role: As a Maths Graduate, you will: Support students within Maths lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 Deliver targeted intervention sessions and small group support Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging Maths lessons Help improve student attainment, confidence, and engagement Support classroom management and student behaviour Gain first-hand experience within a secondary school setting The Ideal Candidate Will Have: A degree in Mathematics or a related subject A genuine interest in becoming a qualified teacher Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confidence working with secondary-aged students A proactive, enthusiastic, and adaptable approach Previous tutoring, mentoring, coaching, or school experience is beneficial but not essential Graduate Scheme & SCITT Pathway: This opportunity is ideal for graduates who are looking to progress into teacher training through a SCITT programme.
