Chef De Partie - London
Hospitality Chef de Partie
Hours: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week
Pay: 17.14 per hour
We are seeking a talented and motivated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at a site near Liverpool Street. This role is ideal for a passionate chef who thrives in a quality-focused, professional food service environment and values a great work/life balance.
Comply with all client and company health & safety procedures, including food information regulations and food safety checks
Run a section of the kitchen to the required standards
Supervise and train commis chefs or kitchen assistants within your section
Ensure correct food recovery and storage to minimise waste
Assist with food ordering and stock control
Maintain high standards of cleanliness across kitchen and work areas
Ensure the safe and correct use of kitchen machinery and equipment
Carry out other reasonable duties to support effective food service delivery
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role
Previous experience in contract catering is desirable
Quality-driven with excellent attention to detail
Creative with knowledge of current food trends
Sound understanding of food hygiene, health & safety standards
Passionate about food and a positive team player
