About the role

BCL Legal is seeking an ambitious Family Solicitor or Legal Executive to establish and lead a new family law office in Yorkshire. You will manage a caseload of private family matters and drive business development, including advising on divorce and related agreements.

Experience of Trusts of Land (TOLATA) is a plus but not essential; strong drafting skills and practical, commercially minded advice are key. Hybrid working options are available.
