Floor Supervisor Private Members Club, Fulham Salary: £32,000 per year Hours: Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend cover s hifts between 8:00am and 10:00pm

We are looking for an energetic, hands-on Floor Supervisor to join our vibrant private members club in Fulham. This role is perfect for someone who lives locally, loves hospitality, and thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
About the Role As our Floor Supervisor, youll be the go-to person on shift leading by example, supporting the team, and ensuring the floor runs smoothly at all times. We need a true all-rounder who isnt afraid to jump behind the bar, run coffees, take orders, or assist guests whenever needed.
Key Responsibilities Oversee daily floor operations and support the wider team

Deliver exceptional service across bar, café, and dining areas

Build strong rapport with members and guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere

Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and service

Step into barista, waiting, or bar duties as required

Handle guest queries and resolve issues with confidence and professionalism

Ensure smooth communication between front-of-house and management

About You Experienced in hospitality ideally across bar, waiting, and barista roles

Confident, well-presented, and passionate about guest experience

A natural multitasker who enjoys being hands-on

Calm under pressure with xwzovoh a positive, can-do attitude

Reliable, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative

Local to Fulham or nearby ideally (due to shift patterns)
