Essential criteria Hold a HACCP & Food Safety Level 3 qualification or equivalent Proven experience in a Technical or Quality role within food manufacturing Strong knowledge of BRC standards and industry regulations Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organisational and problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and risk assessment processes High attention to detail and a proactive approach to safety and quality Nice to Have Skills Experience with 8-Step Problem Solving methodology Previous involvement in third-party audits and compliance Additional knowledge in food technology or relevant disciplines Preferred Education and Experience Relevant qualification in Food Safety or Food Technology Several years' experience in technical or quality assurance roles within food manufacturing environments Other Requirements Ability to travel occasionally for supplier or site audits Strong team player with leadership qualities Commitment to fostering a positive safety and quality culture If you are passionate about driving food safety and quality standards and wish to make a real impact within a supportive company, apply now or contact the VANRATH office for a confidential chat today.
