About the role
Our client is looking for a Paraplanner RDR Level 4 to join their team on a permanent basis in London.
The following information provides an overview of the skills, qualities, and qualifications needed for this role.
Responsibilities: Evaluate prospective client objectives, portfolio holdings, time-horizon, cash flow needs, and financial situation to determine a suitable asset allocation recommendation Review and formulate plans for clients with highly specialised situations Review prospective clients' existing pension and investment bond arrangements to determine whether a transfer is suitable Create and lead training for other groups within the firm as needed Work on ad hoc projects to improve the efficiency of PCA Group Adhere to the T&C scheme to ensure regulatory compliance related to the provision of regulated advice
Skills and knowledge A University degree or equivalent combination of education/experience Level 4 Qualification CII Regulated Diploma in Financial Planning or CISI Investment Advice Diploma preferable 3+ years financial services experience required Experience working with accuracy and ability to organise/time-manage Very xwzovoh strong understanding of Financial Planning principles Exceptional understanding of client suitability It is a requirement to undergo an initial Fit and Proper (F&P) assessment before performing the role independently, and annual Fit & Proper Assessments will be required to ensure you remain F&P to carry out the functions of this role
