Working for an award wining managing agent, overseeing one luxury scheme in Manchester.
You will be working closely with developer, including mobilising the scheme.
MaindutiesasaSeniorPropertyManager:
Ensuringthatservicesarecarriedoutinaccordancewithleaseagreementsandtherightbudgetisinplaceviaregularsitevisits.
AttendingAGM,EGM&RMCmeetingaswellasregularclientandlesseeliaison
Monitoringcollectionofservicechargestofundnecessaryworksandrespondwithinagreedserviceleveltimeframes.
Prioritiseriskmanagementthroughafulldocumenttrailandupdatingsystemsinaccordancewithchangesinlegislation
Deliveringahighlevelofcustomersatisfaction
Mobilise new build schemes
OverseeingandinspiringAssistantPropertyManagersanddelegatingwherenecessarytomaintainservicelevels
AsaSeniorPropertyManager,youwillhave:
KnowledgeandexperienceofBlockManagementandtheresidentialpropertymanagementindustry
IdeallyTPIqualifiedorworkingtowardaprofessionalqualification
Worked on new build properties
Anunderstandingofleases,ServiceChargeBudgetingandassociatedlegislation
Excellentorganisationalskillsandbeastrongcommunicatorwithabilitytobuildandmaintainrelationships
