We're on the lookout for an ambitious Senior Sous Chef to join the kitchen team at a stunning luxury hotel in the heart of the New Forest . Surrounded by nature and known for its award-winning, locally driven menus, this is a kitchen where quality, creativity, and teamwork take centre stage.

?? The Role

Be the Head Chef's right-hand person, helping lead and inspire the kitchen team
Deliver consistently high-quality dishes using fresh, seasonal produce
Supervise services and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes
Maintain top-tier food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
Ensure the kitchen is clean, organised, and service-ready
Step up and run the kitchen when the Head Chef is off

Previous experience as a Senior Sous Chef (or a confident Sous ready to step up)
Passion for great food and the hospitality industry
Strong leadership and communication skills
A positive attitude with a drive to learn, grow, and progress
Someone who thrives as part of a close-knit, professional team
