Our client is seeking a talented and driven Area Head Chef to lead the kitchen team across a small group of modern, fresh-food pubs. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking, privately-owned hospitality group from baked goods to sauces using only the finest, freshest ingredients.
Role Responsibilities:
Full responsibility for kitchen operations across multiple sites.
Designing and updating seasonal menus using fresh ingredients.
Leading and training a passionate, skilled kitchen team.
Cooking fresh food for between 2502000 covers per week.
Upholding the highest standards of food hygiene and safety.
Keeping up with trends to maintain innovation in dishes and presentation.
Working a minimum of 40 hours per week, with 2 days off including at least 1 guaranteed weekend day and 2 evenings off a week .
Own transport is essential due to the multi-site nature of the role. xwzovoh
