Sous Chef required for a kitchen in the Cotswolds, this is for a fresh food Hotel with a Restaurant and Banqueting , they offer a great level of food. Sous Chef role, upto £38k , 45hr contracts. The role As a Sous Chef you will be responsible for the smooth running of the kitchen with the head chef, this is a hands on role. You will ensure everything runs smoothly and includes all the standard Sous Chef duties.
