Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for 2 Night Hygiene Operatives to join a dedicated team within a busy food manufacturing environment in Prescot, Liverpool.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Food Production Hygiene Operative, Industrial Cleaner or Factory Hygiene Operative looking to join a supportive business offering full training, career progression and the opportunity to secure a permanent position.
The purpose of the role is to ensure all cleaning and hygiene tasks are completed safely and effectively, maintaining the highest food safety and hygiene standards to prepare production areas for the next shift.

Key Duties
Clean walls, floors and production machinery within the packing area.
Prepare production lines to ensure they are ready for the morning shift.
Carry out swabbing to verify the effectiveness of cleaning procedures.
Report daily non-conformances and ensure corrective actions are completed before production begins.
Complete weekly chemical stock checks and maintain accurate records.
Update hygiene documentation to support internal and external audits.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and Health & Safety procedures.
Identify and support continuous improvement initiatives across the factory.
Requirements
Previous experience working within a food manufacturing environment.
Previous experience in an industrial hygiene or industrial cleaning role (essential).
Knowledge of HACCP and food safety procedures.
Understanding of internal auditing processes is advantageous.
Excellent attention to detail.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
Ambition to progress into a future Hygiene Team Leader role.
