Job Purpose To carry out the service, maintenance, repair, and fault diagnosis of air conditioning and HVAC systems to a high standard.

The role requires a fully qualified engineer who can work independently, ensure compliance with industry regulations, and deliver excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on a wide range of air conditioning systems Diagnose and repair faults on split, multi-split, VRV/VRF, and chiller systems Carry out reactive maintenance and emergency breakdown repairs Complete system inspections and performance testing Accurately complete service reports, job sheets, and compliance documentation Ensure all work complies with current health & safety and F-Gas regulations Liaise professionally with clients on-site and provide technical advice where required Identify and report additional works or system improvements Mentor and support trainee or junior engineers when required Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in good condition Skills & Experience Required Essential: Good experience servicing and fault finding all aspects of refrigeration e.g., VRV systems, chill water fan coil units, chillers Valid F-Gas certification (Category 1) Fully qualified in Air Conditioning / Refrigeration Proven experience servicing and repairing AC systems in commercial or industrial environments Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills Good understanding of electrical and mechanical systems Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively Full UK driving licence (clean) Desirable: Experience with Air Source Heat Pumps Experience with building management systems (BMS) IPAF and/or PASMA certification Health & safety qualifications (e.g., CSCS, SSSTS) Personal Attributes Professional and xwzovoh customer-focused approach Reliable, self-motivated, and proactive Strong attention to detail Good communication skills Flexible and willing to travel as required Working Hours 40 hours per week, MondayFriday Overtime may be required.
