- Up to £48,000 An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based across Londonhas arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based on a luxury student accommodation contract covering 6 sites around central London.

He or she will be required to carry out PPMs and reactive building maintenance to both electrical and mechanical systems on site.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in Electrical, Mechanical & general building maintenance.

In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £48,000, overtime, further training, and a potential route into further career progression.

Hours of work Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 17:00 pm Callout
- £150 Standby Allowance Key Duties & Responsibilities Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc) Emergency lighting tests Control Panels Changing Ballast BMS System
- Monitor (i.e.

Hot & cold) Maintain and update Log books Plumbing
- Unblocking toilets Pumps, motors Package Up to £48,000 20 days holiday Bank holidays
- Increasing to 22 after 3 years Private use available Further xwzovoh training Company pension Requirements Electrically qualified
