Account Manager – Talent & Recruitment Solutions High Wycombe | Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days home) | £40,000–£45,000 basic Are you an experienced Recruitment Leader, Account Manager or Talent Acquisition professional looking to step into a mature leadership role without the pressures of a 360 desk? You’ll be joining a high-performing Account Management team responsible for managing key client relationships across the UK. The business specialises in Life Science, Scientific, Medical Devices, Diagnostics, Lab, Analytical and Executive Search recruitment. This isn’t a cold BD role — you’ll focus on nurturing established accounts and delivering quality recruitment solutions.
