Job Description
Careermakers are recruiting Machine Operators for a well-established food production company in New Mills. This is an ongoing opportunity with the potential to become a permanent position for the right candidate.
About the Role
We are seeking hardworking and reliable Machine Operators to join a busy bagging team. The role involves operating and monitoring machinery, ensuring production runs smoothly, and carrying out quality checks.
Please note: This is a physically demanding role involving frequent heavy lifting throughout the shift.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor bagging machinery to ensure efficient production
Carry out regular quality checks on products
Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of machinery
Follow all health and safety procedures
Handle materials and products, including repetitive heavy lifting
Requirements
Previous experience in a production or machine operator role is desirable but not essential (full training provided)
Physically fit and able xwzovoh to perform repetitive heavy lifting
Good attention to detail and strong safety awareness
Reliable and able to commit to the shift pattern
