My client is a growing global leader in electronics distribution, supporting customers with product sourcing, traceability, electronic design, logistics, supply-chain management, anti-counterfeit testing and obsolescence management. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a proactive Senior Account Manager to deliver customer projects on time, within scope and budget and act as the central communication point across internal teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities

Project Ownership & Delivery

• Manage customer projects from onboarding to completion.
• Review and understand customer briefs and translate them into internal execution plans.
• Engage all relevant stakeholders at the correct stages.
• Monitor timelines, identify risks and coordinate mitigations to ensure delivery.
• Oversee milestones including demand loading, job creation, procurement progress and kitting readiness.

Customer Management

• Serve as the primary customer contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide clear, structured and timely updates.
• Track and ensure completion of customer requests.

Contract Review & Commercial Alignment
