About the role
Our client, a leading national civil engineering contractor, is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to support the delivery of a marine civil engineering project.
Project Engineer Responsibilities:
* Support the planning and execution of marine civil engineering works, ensuring delivery to programme and specification.
* Prepare and review RAMS, ITPs, and technical documentation
* Provide engineering support to site teams.
* Liaise with the client, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
* Monitor and manage temporary works in line with design and safety requirements.
* Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Project Engineer Requirements:
* Experience working on marine projects and/or heavy civils (e.g. sheet piling, quay walls, coastal works)
* Strong understanding of temporary works and marine safety procedures.
* Proficient in setting out and interpreting technical drawings.
* CSCS Card and SMSTS.
This role is outside ir35 with accomodation provided.
