Senior Quantity Surveyor – (Suffolk) 📍 Saxmundham, Suffolk (IP17) 💰 £450 – £525 per day 🕒 40 hours per week 📅 Start: 11th May 2026 We are currently recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a major infrastructure project. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a high-profile civils project, working in a site-based role with a well-established delivery team. Key Responsibilities * Commercial management of subcontract packages, particularly steelwork, cladding, and building envelope * Producing and managing upstream change (upline change) * Ensuring effective cost control and contract administration * Working with document control systems and maintaining accurate records * Supporting project delivery through strong commercial input Key Requirements * Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within a contractor environment (essential) * Strong experience managing subcontract packages (steelwork, cladding, envelope) * Good working knowledge of NEC contract contracts * Advanced Excel skills * Experience using document control systems * Strong commercial awareness and communication skills What’s on Offer * Competitive day rate * Minimum 6 month contract with potential for extension * Major infrastructure project experience * Immediate start available 📩 Apply now with your up to date CV if you are interested in the role
