Mechanical Project Manager

RedRock Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager for a long-term contract based in Park Royal, NW10. This role is working on a new build residential flats development, so proven experience delivering mechanical packages within the residential new build sector is essential. You will be joining a fast-paced project team, working closely with a mechanical sub-contractor to ensure successful delivery of all works on time, within budget, and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and coordinate mechanical sub-contractors on site * Attend and lead site and project meetings * Oversee delivery of mechanical works on a new build flats development * Ensure works are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification * Maintain strict health & safety compliance (RAMS, site procedures, etc.) * Work closely with project stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery Essential Requirements: * Valid Black CSCS Card * Valid SMSTS certificate * Valid First Aid certificate * Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager on new build residential flats/projects * Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills * Ability to manage subcontractors and drive programme delivery * Experience with Procore and/or Q&A is Desirable Immediate start available If you have the relevant new build residential experience and are looking for your next long-term Mechanical Project Manager role, please apply today with RedRock Recruitment
