*Hours of Work:* Full Time 8:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday

*Location:* (Office based in Benfleet) Essex and Home Counties, Outer London

Experienced Fire Alarm Service Engineer required for a high quality focused Essex based company. We are ISO9001 British Standards registered company, along with many other accreditations. We mainly operate in Essex, with some occasional works East London, M25 and surrounding areas.

We are seeking a strong all-round fire alarm engineer, who has a real ‘can do’ attitude and good customer facing skills. Your role would be comprised of comprehensive servicing, some commissioning and minor installations to existing systems (predominately servicing). The candidate must be able to carry out servicing to the requirements and specification of BAFE SP203-1.

You will be responsible to a wide range of clients and fire systems, from simple standalone systems, through to large addressable panels.

*Key Requirements:*

· A good working knowledge of BS5839 Part-1:2017

· Must be familiar and have experience of a wide range of fire systems, conventional and addressable, must be flexible in your approach

· FIA modules Parts 4-5-6 for maintenance, service and design

· Able to fault find and have an understanding of electronic and electrical applications

· Responsible and have good self-management skills with good vehicle housekeeping

· Be confident and dynamic in their approach

· Have goals and ambitions

· Hold a full clean driving licence

· Good communication skills

· Reasonable knowledge of IT skills

· Knowledge of Door entry systems and CCTV systems would be an advantage

· Platform license 1,2 & 3 would be an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £38,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
