The Role
As a Community Complex Care Nurse, you will deliver the highest standard of clinical care to individuals in their own homes. Youll work across a small caseload of complex care packages, using advanced clinical skills while building meaningful relationships with service users and their families. xwzovoh
Your responsibilities will include : Delivering high-quality, person-centred clinical care
Managing complex needs including tracheostomy care, ventilator support, and seizure management
Working collaboratively with the Service Manager and wider multidisciplinary team
Updating and reviewing care plans to reflect changing needs
Building strong, trusting relationships with service users and their families
Requirements Registered Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC pin
Prior experience in ICU, HDU, or community complex care (essential)
Strong clinical skills including tracheostomy care & ventilator care (essential)
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
A real commitment to provided high-quality care
