Simply Education is working in partnership with a welcoming and forward-thinking primary school in Banbury to recruit a passionate and dedicated Nursery Teacher. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Early Years specialist to join a supportive team and make a real impact on children at the very start of their educational journey.

The Role

We are seeking a committed Nursery Teacher who can deliver engaging, creative, and developmentally appropriate lessons in line with the EYFS framework. The successful candidate will create a nurturing environment where every child can thrive socially, emotionally, and academically.
Key responsibilities include:
Planning and delivering high-quality EYFS lessons
Supporting children's early development through play-based learning
Monitoring and assessing pupil progress
Creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
Working collaboratively with teaching assistants and staff

Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching within Early Years / Nursery
Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
Excellent classroom management skills
A caring and patient approach
