This is a high-visibility, high-impact role at the centre of that transformation.

We’re looking for:

Experience in a top-tier consulting firm, investment bank, private equity, or equivalent strategy-focused role

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with sharp commercial judgement

Ability to structure ambiguity and translate complexity into clear, actionable insights

Excellent communication and storytelling skills, including experience preparing materials for senior audiences

Proven ability to influence and build credibility with senior stakeholders

A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to operate at pace

Broad business acumen and a “big picture” perspective

Strong academic background; MBA or equivalent is advantageous but not essential

This position is based in Dunton, and it is expected the successful candidate will be able to attend the Dunton office for typically 4 days a week and remain flexible on the days they are required to attend the office according to business requirements.

As part of our pre-employment checks process, successful candidates will be required to undergo a criminal record check. This will be conducted in line with the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and applied only to unspent convictions.
