CareerMakers are recruiting for an experienced IPAF Instructor on behalf of our client based in Shepperton. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who not only enjoys delivering high-quality training, but is also looking to progress into a management role over time.

Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum (DOE)
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver IPAF operator training (3a, 3b, PAV etc.)
Conduct practical and theory-based assessments
Ensure compliance with IPAF and HSE standards
Maintain accurate training records and certification paperwork
Issue IPAF PAL Cards / licences to successful candidates in line with IPAF regulations
Support development of junior trainers (future progression)
Assist in scheduling and course planning
What Were Looking For:
Valid IPAF Instructor qualification
Registered and approved to deliver IPAF training and issue PAL licences
Strong MEWP operational experience
Confident delivering classroom and practical sessions
Organised, professional and client-facing
Ambition to progress into a Training Manager / Lead Instructor role
