360 Excavator Operator – Wanted – Immediate Start! Midlands Based | Rate: DOE Contract Work Are you an experienced 360 Excavator Operator? Regional Recruitment are recruiting for a skilled 360 Operator to join a professional and growing construction services company. This is a site-based contract role requiring a reliable, safety-conscious individual who can work independently and as part of a wider team. You will be responsible for operating a 360 excavator efficiently while maintaining high standards of safety, compliance, and productivity on site. What’s on Offer: • Competitive rates (DOE) • Ongoing contract opportunities • Supportive site management and clear communication of duties • Opportunity to work with a reputable and established contractor Qualifications Essential: • CPCS/NPORS 360 Excavator Ticket • Previous groundwork experience • Valid CSCS Card Desirable: • Lifting Ops (CPCS A59C) Roles & Responsibilities • Operate a 360 excavator safely and efficiently on site • Carry out tasks such as digging, grading, trenching, and lifting (if qualified) • Conduct daily machine checks and report any defects promptly • Work closely with groundworkers and site teams to complete tasks • Follow site plans and instructions from supervisors • Maintain high standards of health & safety at all times • Ensure work is completed to deadlines and project specifications • Keep work areas tidy and safe Requirements As a 360 Operator, you will also be expected to: • Be reliable, punctual, and professional at all times • Demonstrate good communication skills on site • Have a strong awareness of health & safety procedures • Be flexible with working hours when required • Provide references from previous employment Health, Safety & Compliance All employees are required to: • Comply with all employment legislation and site regulations • Take reasonable care for their own health and safety and that of others • Work in accordance with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 • Co-operate fully with site management to ensure safety standards are met About Regional Recruitment This position is being advertised by Regional Recruitment Ltd, an award-winning independent recruitment agency established in 2008.
