Bookkeeper 📍 Location: Raynes Park 💼 Job Type: Full Time, Permanent 🏡 Hybrid Working: 5 days in the office or 4 days in the office + 1 day working from home 💰 Salary: £30,000–£32,000 per annum Are you an experienced Bookkeeper looking for a supportive, flexible, and long-term opportunity? We're recruiting on behalf of a friendly and well-established accountancy practice in the Raynes Park area. The Role You'll be responsible for managing the bookkeeping requirements of a varied portfolio of clients, ensuring accurate financial records and delivering a high standard of service. What You'll Be Doing * Managing bookkeeping for a diverse range of clients * Processing sales and purchase ledgers * Bank reconciliations * Preparing and submitting VAT returns * Maintaining accurate financial records * Working with a variety of accounting software packages * Liaising with clients and building strong working relationships About You We're looking for someone who: * Has proven bookkeeping experience (essential) * Is confident using accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, Sage or similar * Has excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills * Can manage multiple client accounts efficiently * Enjoys working both independently and as part of a team * Is looking for a stable, permanent position What's on Offer * Salary of £30,000–£32,000 depending on experience * Hybrid working option (4 office days + 1 day from home) * Friendly, supportive team environment * Varied and interesting client portfolio * Long-term career opportunity with a well-established business If you're an experienced Bookkeeper looking to join a company that values flexibility, teamwork, and professional excellence, we'd love to hear from you.
