Project Manager

AA Euro Group are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager on behalf of an Irish Civils Contractor working on Large Scale Infrastructure Projects around West London/ Slough area. The Project Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of civil, drainage and groundworks packages across large-scale infrastructure projects. The Project Manager will oversee site operations, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the required quality, programme, and commercial standards. This is a long-term CIS position, 5+ Years experience in a similar position is essential. Full UK driving license & full right to work in the UK are also essential for this role. Key Responsibilities Manage the delivery of civil, drainage, groundworks, and associated packages Lead site teams including Engineers, Supervisors, and Operatives Plan and coordinate daily and weekly site activities Manage labour, plant, materials, and resources Monitor progress against project programmes and deadlines Ensure works are completed in line with drawings, specifications, and quality requirements Review and manage RAMS, permits, inspections, and quality documentation Oversee excavation, drainage installation, earthworks, ducting, chambers, and reinstatement works Resolve technical and operational issues on site Liaise with client representatives and principal contractor site teams Attend progress meetings and provide project updates Maintain high standards of health, safety, environmental, and quality compliance Support project reporting, variations, and commercial requirements Qualifications SMSTS CSCS HNC/HND/Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred Temporary Works Coordinator desirable Key Skills Site delivery management Leadership of direct labour teams Programme planning and control Quality management Health & safety leadership Problem solving Communication and coordination INDUK
