About the role
I am hiring for an experienced Retrofit Coordinator to lead and manage the PAS2035 compliance process across large-scale residential retrofit programmes. You will act as the technical lead for retrofit coordination, energy modelling, TrustMark compliance, survey management and customer journey excellence, ensuring successful delivery from assessment through to completion.

Description
Take full ownership of the PAS2035 retrofit process from assessment through to monitoring and handover.
Manage retrofit assessments and surveying activities across multiple housing refurbishment programmes.
Ensure full TrustMark compliance and PAS2035 governance throughout project delivery.
Coordinate retrofit assessments, technical surveys and installation programmes.
Lead the lodgement process to facilitate timely funding claims and programme delivery.
Produce accurate RdSAP and SAP-based energy modelling assessments.
Provide technical guidance on suitable retrofit solutions aligned to funding criteria.
Support projects delivered under:
SHDF
ECO
LAD
Future funding streams
Manage relationships with housing associations, local authorities and other key stakeholders.
Develop and improve surveying processes, software tools and customer journey standards.
Implement internal and external audit programmes for assessors and survey teams.
Monitor quality, compliance and performance across retrofit projects.
Ensure exceptional customer experience for landlords, tenants and homeowners.
Support business growth by positioning the organisation as a leading retrofit delivery partner.
Profile
Essential Qualifications
Qualified Retrofit Coordinator
Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA)
OCDEA qualification
Full UK Driving Licence
Essential Experience
Strong knowledge of PAS2035 regulations and compliance requirements.
Experience delivering retrofit projects under SHDF, ECO and LAD funding streams.
Proven track record managing surveying and retrofit assessment programmes.
In-depth understanding of domestic energy efficiency measures.
Experience managing teams and technical delivery outputs.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and project management skills.
Minimum 5 years' experience within construction, housing, retrofit or sustainability sectors.
Experience with TrustMark lodgement processes.
Strong knowledge of RdSAP and SAP energy modelling.
