Head of Participation

The Tron’s Head of Participation leads on and manages our participatory programme, curating and delivering a year-round body of work that engages the community of Glasgow. This role is central to the ethos of the Tron and serves as a member of the Senior Management Team. They will work closely with the Artistic Director and alongside colleagues from all departments of the organisation to create a rich engagement programme that is delivered to the highest possible standard, ensuring accessibility and inclusivity, reflecting the vision and values of the Tron.

Closing date for applications: 10th September 2026 @ 11am
Interviews will be a two round process.
The date for first interview will be 24th September, with a second interview date to be confirmed thereafter.
