You'll play a key role in driving platform governance, adoption, and best practices while working with stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to create secure, scalable, low-code solutions.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and support Power Platform solutions aligned with business needsDefine and maintain governance, including CoE, DLP policies, environment strategy, and ALMCollaborate with architects and stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable solutionsMonitor platform performance, compliance, and continuous improvementSupport Agile delivery through sprint planning and backlog managementPromote Power Platform adoption through training, mentoring, and citizen developer enablementDevelop reusable standards, accelerators, and best practicesRequirementsProven experience delivering enterprise Power Platform solutions (20,000+ users)Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BIExperience with Power Platform governance, CoE Starter Kit, DLP, and ALMIntegration with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, APIs, and CI/CDStrong stakeholder management, business analysis, and mentoring skillsEnergy sector experience is desirableMicrosoft Certified: Power Platform Developer (PL-400)Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant (PL-200)Power Platform Solution Architect (PL-600) – Desirable
