Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor Mid level QS looking to go far with a growing business. Ideally 3 to 5 years construction / demo experience as a minimum. The role will entail- ⁃ producing applications for payment ⁃ pricing of simple works on a schedule of rates ⁃ assisting in CVR reporting ⁃ managing cemar portals for NEC infrastructure projects ⁃ recording and assisting in VO’s ⁃ reporting payment status (within contract payments or exceeded) 4-5 days office based in Brent Cross start time 7am to 16:00 pm Ideally a people person that can help strengthen relationships with our existing client base. Not shy of site visits and working from the office. immediate start
