Engineering Manager

Engineering Manager An exciting opportunity for an experienced Engineering Manager to join a successful and innovative manufacturing business in East Yorkshire, leading a multi-disciplinary team across Mechanical, Electrical and Software Engineering.
The Role
* Lead, develop and drive performance across the Engineering team
* Ensure accurate and on-time delivery of engineering drawings, models and BOMs
* Work closely with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain and Sales
* Drive continuous improvement, cost reduction and right-first-time performance
* Improve products and manufacturing processes through DFMA and engineering change
* Monitor KPIs across cost, quality, delivery and efficiency
* Support technical quotations and new customer requirements
* Maintain strong quality and compliance standards, including CE marking
What We're Looking For
* Strong engineering background and relevant qualification
* Proven Engineering Management and people leadership experience
* Experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams
* Knowledge of drawings, BOMs and product/manufacturing processes
* Commercially aware with strong problem-solving and strategic planning skills
* A collaborative, hands-on leader who can drive accountability, improvement and results
