ASSISTANT SUPPORT SERVICE MANAGER

Your main base will be Priory Court, with regular travel required to Lanercost in Southmead, so access to your own vehicle is essential. \n You'll play a key role in leading and developing a team of Support Workers, ensuring that families receive the tailored support they need to build independence, sustain their tenancies and achieve positive outcomes. \n Working closely with the Service Manager, you'll help oversee day-to-day operations across both schemes, ensuring services are delivered in line with contractual requirements, safeguarding responsibilities and internal policies.
