Planning & Customer Service Coordinator

Job Description We are seeking a proactive, well-organised Customer Service & Scheduling Coordinator to join our busy and friendly team. This is a temporary position with the possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate. The role is dynamic and varied, playing a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office while delivering outstanding customer service. \n You will be responsible for coordinating schedules, managing customer bookings, and supporting general front-of-house operations. The ideal candidate is confident, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. \n Hours of Work \n Monday - Friday, 9am to 5pm \n Responsibilities: \n \n Computer-based scheduling and diary management \n Planning and organising vehicle routes efficiently \n Booking customer treatments and managing appointments \n Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat \n Managing customer accounts and processing payments \n Providing consistently high-quality customer service \n Supporting general receptionist and front-of-house duties \n \n Requirements: \n \n Strong computer skills with a confident and professional telephone manner \n Excellent communication and customer service skills \n Able to work calmly and efficiently under pressure \n Confident working independently and using initiative \n Professional and comfortable interacting with people at all levels \n Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset \n Highly organised with excellent time management and prioritisation skills \n Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities \n Quick to learn new software systems and geographical areas based on postcode \n \n This role would suit someone with a positive attitude, strong organisational skills, and a genuine commitment to delivering excellent service.
