This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a busy HR team supporting a large operational workforce during a period of continued investment and growth.
This role would suit someone who enjoys being hands-on, building strong relationships across the business, and working in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.
The Role As HR Advisor, you will provide day-to-day support and guidance to managers across a wide range of employee relations matters, while helping to drive engagement, wellbeing and continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
Key responsibilities will include: Advising managers on disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance matters Supporting investigations and employee relations casework Coaching managers on HR policies and procedures Supporting engagement and wellbeing initiatives Assisting with HR reporting, KPIs and people data Supporting ethical audits and compliance activity Contributing to continuous improvement projects across the HR function. xwzovoh
About You We are looking for a resilient and people-focused HR professional who thrives in a fast-moving environment.
You will ideally have: CIPD Level 5 qualification, or CIPD Level 3 with a desire to work towards Level 5 Previous experience within a busy HR environment Strong communication and organisational skills Confidence dealing with challenging situations and stakeholders A proactive and adaptable approach FMCG or manufacturing experience would be advantageous Whats on Offer Salary of £33,000 £35,000 33 days holiday including bank holidays Excellent opportunities for development and progression Newly refurbished modern offices Brand new serviced canteen facilities Supportive HR team environment with exposure across HR, recruitment and L&D Pension and additional company benefits If you are looking to join a growing business where you can genuinely make an impact, we would love to hear from you.
