Fund Finance Senior Associate / Counsel (6+ PQE) – International Law Firm – Central London Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking a Senior Associate (6–8 PQE) or Counsel (8+ PQE) to join its growing Fund Finance team in London. This is an outstanding opportunity to work at the forefront of the fund finance market, advising on high-profile, cross-border transactions for a diverse range of sponsors, borrowers, and lenders. Our client is globally recognised for its market-leading Debt Finance practice, with a dedicated Fund Finance group that is highly regarded for its breadth of experience and involvement in innovative, international deals. The team is in growth mode, with significant investment from the firm and a strong pipeline of mandates. Clients include major asset managers, global banks, and leading private equity sponsors. The Fund Finance group sits within a wider finance platform that regularly advises on large, multi-jurisdictional transactions, acting for both borrowers and lenders on some of the most complex and high-profile deals in the market. Advise on the full spectrum of fund finance structures, including subscription line facilities, NAV facilities, GP support facilities, and capital call/CV fund financings. Draft and negotiate facility agreements, intercreditor agreements, and security documents. Lead and project manage transactions, supervising junior lawyers and coordinating with overseas counsel. Collaborate with colleagues across the firm’s global network, particularly in Europe, Asia, and the US. Contribute to training, know-how, and the development of the team. Qualified lawyer with at least 5 years’ post-qualification experience (overseas qualified lawyers considered at 6+ PQE). Strong technical knowledge of fund finance or leveraged finance, with experience acting for both borrowers and lenders. Familiarity with facility agreements, security documents, and intercreditor agreements. Intellectual curiosity, commercial acumen, and a passion for professional development.
