I’m currently partnering with several top-tier US and Silver Circle firms in London who are looking to expand their Tax teams with strong Associates across two key areas: ~ Transactional Tax Advisory Join market-leading teams advising on high-value M&A , private equity , structured finance , and restructuring deals . These roles offer hands-on exposure to complex cross-border transactions and close collaboration with Corporate, Private Equity, and Finance teams. ~ Funds Tax Opportunity to specialise in the tax structuring of investment funds , including private equity, real estate, credit and hedge funds. You’ll advise on fund formation, structuring, investor negotiations and regulatory tax compliance, often in tandem with international offices.
