Salesforce CX Functional Consultant (Contract)
Duration: 6 months initial | Rate: Competitive
We’re looking for an experienced Salesforce CX Functional Consultant to join on a contract basis. You’ll work with business stakeholders to understand processes, translate requirements, and deliver effective Salesforce CX solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.
Key Responsibilities
• Gather and translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions.
• Conduct workshops, process mapping, and fit-gap analysis.
• Support configuration, testing, and user adoption.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful delivery.
Skills & Experience
• Proven Salesforce Functional Consultant experience, ideally on CX-focused projects.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• End-to-end Salesforce implementation experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have
• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, Service Cloud).
• Experience working in consulting or across multiple industries.
