We're seeking a passionate Speech and Language Therapists for a premium multidisciplinary clinic in Ballarat, Victoria.

This is a structured, supportive clinical environment delivering high-quality services across NDIS and My Aged Care, with strong supervision, multidisciplinary collaboration, and a focus on clinical excellence.

The Package:

• Earnings: AUD $80,000–$100,000 + Super (£42k–£53k) Per Annum
• Support: Full Visa Sponsorship & dedicated relocation assistance.

Your Role:

• Holistic Caseload: Deliver evidence-based interventions for Paediatric developmental delays or Adult dysphagia.
• Comprehensive Assessment: Conduct speech, language, and swallowing assessments using modern diagnostic tools.
• Collaborative Care: Work daily alongside OTs and Physios to provide integrated, wrap-around client support.
• Clinical Advocacy: Empower families with goal-based treatment plans that drive real-world independence.

Requirements:

• Degree in Speech Pathology (UK/Ireland/Equivalent).
• Eligible for Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) registration.
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
• Paediatric and/or community experience desirable
• Interest in autism, developmental language, and communication needs
• Mutual Recognition: Your qualifications must be recognised by Speech Pathology Australia. xwzovoh
