The Role

As a Religious Studies Teacher, you will:

• Teach RS across KS3, KS4 and KS5

• Deliver engaging lessons that develop critical thinking, debate, and analytical writing

• Prepare students for success in GCSE and A-Level examinations

• Use assessment data to track progress and implement targeted intervention

• Contribute to a high-performing department with a focus on academic outcomes

ECT Support & Development

• Highly structured ECT programme with reduced timetable

• Weekly instructional coaching and mentoring

• Focus on exam delivery, essay writing, and subject mastery

What We’re Looking For

• A Religious Studies graduate with QTS (or on track to achieve)
