The Role
As a Religious Studies Teacher, you will:

Teach RS across KS3, KS4 and KS5
-
Deliver engaging lessons that develop critical thinking, debate, and analytical writing
-
Prepare students for success in GCSE and A-Level examinations
-
Use assessment data to track progress and implement targeted intervention
-
Contribute to a high-performing department with a focus on academic outcomes
ECT Support & Development

Highly structured ECT programme with reduced timetable

Weekly instructional coaching and mentoring
-
Focus on exam delivery, essay writing, and subject mastery

Opportunities to observe and learn from outstanding practitioners
What We’re Looking For

A Religious Studies graduate with QTS (or on track to achieve)

Strong subject knowledge and a passion for philosophy, ethics, and religion
