The Role
As a Teacher of Spanish & French, you will:

Teach Spanish to KS5 and French to KS3/KS4 (flexibility depending on strengths)

Deliver engaging lessons that develop speaking, listening, reading, and writing fluency

Drive strong outcomes at GCSE and A-Level through targeted exam preparation

Use assessment data to track progress and support intervention

Contribute to a department that values creativity, collaboration, and high standards
ECT Support & Development

Structured ECT programme with reduced timetable

Weekly coaching, mentoring, and subject-specific CPD
-
Focus on exam delivery, behaviour management, and classroom presence

Opportunities to observe outstanding practitioners and develop rapidly
What We’re Looking For

A Spanish specialist with the ability to teach French (or vice versa)

QTS (or on track to achieve)

Strong subject knowledge and a passion for languages and cultural education

A reflective and motivated teacher eager to develop and improve

Commitment to raising attainment and promoting student confidence in languages
