After a Site Engineer that can work with our experience General Foreman and Site Agent. There is a career path to Senior Engineer or Project Manager depending upon someone's motivators. Can you plan, problem solve and help drive production on site to meet program. Due to the nature of the projects you will have to be comfortable having a security check as many of these projects are on MOD bases or live Airports environments.
