Project Architect

Project Architect Location: Leamington Spa Salary: £40-45,000 DOE I am working with a long established architectural practice in Leamington Spa to recruit a Project Architect to join its expanding team. The studio is known for its award winning work across heritage, education, hospitality, leisure, and community projects, with a strong focus on design quality and contextual sensitivity. By combining conservation expertise with contemporary design thinking, the practice delivers thoughtful and enduring architecture. Key Responsibilities * Lead projects across all RIBA stages, maintaining high standards of design quality, intent, and detail throughout * Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and contractors to meet programme, design, and cost targets * Prepare, develop, and review drawings, presentations, and detailed technical information * Manage planning applications and listed building consent submissions where required * Uphold the practice's standards for design quality, sustainability, and innovation * Support and mentor junior team members within a collaborative studio environment About You * Proven experience working as a Project Architect within a UK practice * ARB registered * Strong portfolio demonstrating design capability and successful project delivery across relevant sectors * Proficient in Revit (knowledge of AutoCAD or SketchUp advantageous) * Experience working on heritage or conservation led projects is highly desirable * Strong organisational, coordination, and communication skills * ARB registration required; RIBA Chartered status preferred What's on Offer * Opportunity to work on diverse, design driven projects rooted in context and creativity * Supportive studio culture that encourages professional growth and design excellence * Competitive salary and benefits package reflective of experience * Clear progression opportunities within a growing and respected practice To apply, please call Sophie on (phone number removed) or alternatively, send your CV and Portfolio across to .
