Role purpose

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will provide end-to-end commercial management across AI data centre projects, ensuring strong cost control, contract administration, and financial governance. You will act as a trusted advisor within client teams, supporting successful delivery across the full project lifecycle. xwzovoh

Key Responsibilities

• Manage cost plans, budgets, forecasts, and final accounts
• Administer contracts (e.g., NEC, JCT), including change control and claims
• Support procurement of fibre installation, telecoms, and M&E packages
• Deliver accurate cost reporting and financial analysis
• Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities
• Support value engineering and cost optimisation initiatives

Essential Experience

• Strong Quantity Surveying background within construction/infrastructure with M&E focus
• Experience supporting projects involving fibre installation, telecoms, or complex building services
• Proven experience across pre- and post-contract commercial management
• Strong knowledge of contract administration and cost control
• Willingness to travel across Europe

Desirable Experience

• Data centre or mission-critical project experience
• Chartered status (MRICS/FRICS) or working towards
• Consultancy or client-side experience
