Warehouse Manager, Operations Manager

Loom Talent are delighted to be supporting a great client with the appointment of a Warehouse Operations Manager in Hertfordshire. The role will be based with this strategically located Regional Distribution Centre that services and supports a number of other locations with the network. Here is an over view of the key responsibilities undertaken by the Warehouse Operations Manager: Monitor and drive performance against agreed KPIs, ensuring productivity, picking accuracy, and service levels meet or exceed national standards. Maintain warehouse optimisation initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs. Ensure strong inventory management practices in collaboration with the Inventory Manager. Lead, motivate, and develop the team through clear objectives, regular briefings, and performance reviews. Support recruitment, training, and continuous improvement initiatives to uphold company standards and accreditation goals.
