A safe and welcoming community Year-round outdoor lifestyle What you’ll be doing as Recruitment Specialist Work proactively with hiring managers to plan upcoming hiring needs Define role requirements, skills and competencies based on real business needs Develop targeted sourcing strategies, especially for hard to fill roles Manage the full recruitment process end to end Ensure all compliance steps are completed including references, screening and background checks Deliver a high touch candidate experience with consistent communication throughout Advise managers on best practice recruitment, selection methods and interview techniques Keep up to date with market trends and ensure processes align with local legislation We’re looking for a Recruitment Specialist with: Degree in a related subject. Extensive recruitment experience within a broader HR function, min 2 years in healthcare/medical.
